My deliverables:

Worked with the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce to pinpoint locals who represented multiple industries within the community.
I designed all social media graphics for this program creating brand consistency.
Those locals became ambassadors of the program.
I wrote all social content for this program.
I developed a statement of work for each ambassador, and managed the program.
I worked with an agency to develop a digital ads campaign worth $75,000 around this local concept.
I interviewed each local and managed a photo shoot, which created a profile that lives on visitmwv.com.
Managed the PR, and acted as a guest speaker on podcasts perpetuating this program.

Program Overview

We all know the early days of the COVID pandemic had an incredible impact on more regional travel, and Mt. Washington Valley wasn't spared in this. Feelings of frustration and disenchantment amongst locals toward an industry that is vital to the area, was causing an undeniable social, economic, and moral rift between visitors and locals.

This program became a way to help repair that fracture. It brings focus back on residents and full-time community members, and reminds visitors that they're quite literally being welcomed into someone's home when visiting Mt. Washington Valley. It's a reminder that "we all want to live like a local when visiting an area we love." These local profiles are one way to just that.

Cultivating a conversation that connects with your audience is what really counts in story-telling.
